Project She/Her/HEALTH

About Project She/Her/HEALTH

The mission of Project She/Her/HEALTH is to provide women with Health Equity Access through Literacy, Technology, and Holistic care (HEALTH). The growing reliance on digital platforms for healthcare access presents both an opportunity and a challenge. While telehealth and other digital health tools can bridge geographic and systemic resource gaps, these solutions are inaccessible without foundational digital literacy. This project aims to address systemic barriers that women face in accessing mental, physical, and economic well-being by equipping participants with essential digital health literacy skills through mobile workshops.

Led by a BIPOC and majority women leadership team from under-resourced backgrounds, this initiative builds on 15 years of transformational work addressing systemic inequities disproportionately affecting women and people of color. By combining basic resources with digital, healthcare, and job market literacy, Project She/Her/HEALTH will empower you to achieve sustainable improvements in your physical, mental, and economic well-being.

Our novel approach integrates community-driven courses with all-in-one mobile workshops delivered directly to your communities. Co-created and continuously refined with local community leaders and members, these workshops ensure cultural relevance and tailored solutions to localized systemic barriers.
