Star Tech Global Academy [STGA]

To enhance the pipeline for STEM diversity, Star Tech Global Academy uniquely provides Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) education and support to at-risk, underrepresented youth using our innovative Star Tech Fleet for mobile workshops.

Star Tech Global Academy is a nonprofit initiative of the 501(c)(3) Renaissance 21. All donations are fully tax deductible.

Spotlight: The Coders' Club

at Garfield Teen Life Center!

Star Tech Global Academy collaborated with education partner Garfield Teen Life Center to host a Coder's Club workshop in Fall 2019. Each student successfully completed a website for our local community partner Nevzat's Espresso, a minority-owned small business. Each student received a completion certificate and their completion rewards, pictured below. This program was made possible by our individual donors and our lead partners Nordstrom Cares and the City of Seattle Department of Neighborhoods. You can view some of the student websites below! EVENT: Virtual Paint & Sip Charity Party!


TIME: 7:00 - 8:30pm (PST)





PARTY: Mix & Mingle in our Zoom happy hour room with live-streamed open-format DJ sets from DJ Henski, DJ Mackswell, and DJ Famous.

PAINT: Live painting from artist Stephanie Morales. Optional paint-along available: purchase paint kits here. $5 from every kit is donated! Free local pickup, $7 shipping. See eventbrite page for details on purchasing your own supplies from Michaels.

Fall 2019 Coder's Club

at Garfield Teen Life Center

Our free after school workshop for beginners was a Success! During the workshop, participants

learned the fundamentals of using a website editor ( and used these skills to develop mobile and desktop websites for themselves and for a local small business. Thank you Nevzat's Espresso and Congratulations to all of our participants!!
